Between 24 November 2022 and 10 March 2023, 690 measles cases, including one associated death (case fatality ratio: 0.14 %), have been reported from 7 districts in western Nepal, and 3 districts in eastern Nepal. The majority of the cases (86%) have been reported in children aged less than 15 years.

Dengue is endemic in Nepal. Between January to 28 September 2022, a total of 28109 confirmed and suspected dengue cases and 38 confirmed deaths due to dengue have been recorded, affecting all seven provinces.
